Brad Woods has been with Camping World for just over 33 years. Brad spent the first two decades of his Camping World career in various management positions on the retail side of the Camping World business. For the last 13 years Brad has had various training roles. He is enthusiastic to see how far we can take Camping World Technical Institute (CWTI) into training tomorrow’s Service Department Associates. In his spare time Brad enjoys riding his Harley Davidson (therapy) and attending as many NHRA events as time allows.
Clinton “Spencer” Kearney has been with the Tulsa, Oklahoma Location since 2005. He became RVIA Master Certified in 2008. Spencer has been Foreman, Mentor, and Operations Manager during this time. Although diagnosing and repairing have always been a passion, Spencer most enjoys sharing those skills with others. Away from work, he has fun hiking, camping and kayaking with his wife, family and friends.
Doug has been with Camping World since 1999. He entered into the RV service industry in 1974 installing generators. With his RVIA master certification, he has held many positions within Camping World – mostly on the service side of the business. It could be said that he has a passion for customer service and teaching. He spends much of his free time camping in the Pacific North West, engaging in all types of outdoor activities.
Erin Serpa has been in the RV industry for most of her life. She has been involved with every aspect of a RV, since 1981. She’s cleaned, sold, financed, sold parts/service for and accounted for RVs most of her adult career. Since joining the Camping World team in 2016, Erin has been thankful for the opportunities the company offers its team.
Daniel Parrish is a friendly and motivated professional who has worked in the field of Learning and Development throughout his career. He has a strong background in project management and operations. Currently, Daniel works as one of the Training Coordinators for Corporate Learning and Development at Camping World Technical Institute. Prior to this role, he worked in leadership positions at Camping World of Tulsa, United Parcel Service, and DWP Automotive Services LLC. Daniel is also studying for an MBA with a focus on Human Resources at the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University.
Nick Delagardelle grew up in a small town, where he worked on cars in his dad’s auto shop. He pursued education in industrial automation, acquiring a diverse set of skills. In 2016, Nick joined Camping World as a technician. Soon after, he transitioned into the role of a technical mentor, finding fulfillment in guiding others to success. This experience eventually led him to CWTI. Outside of work, Nick enjoys hunting, fishing, attending dirt track races, and riding his Harley.
