The Technical Institute’s Service Advisor course serves as introductory training for all newly hired and less experienced Service Advisors at Camping World. In this course, attendees will acquire the basic skills and knowledge to perform the required responsibilities of a Service Advisor. Particular emphasis is placed on providing excellent Customer Service. The course includes a description of the Service Department process and an understanding of how the Service Advisor fits within its process. The Advisor is provided detailed instructions to successfully manage work orders and to properly input information into the G2 system. Each Technical Institute Campus allows for ample time to role-play Customer interactions and walk-through’s.
